We work with you to develop a Personalized Wellness Plan to help you take advantage of all that our home has to offer. Together, we will build a customized plan based on your social, intellectual, physical, care and support needs to ensure you’re always getting the most from life.
Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are trained to assist in your care program and include some of the following;
